Liz Colvin to speak at Engage and Heal Foundation Healthfest

Liz Colvin, author of Moodshine: A Caregiver’s Journey, will be speaking at Health Fest, sponsored by Engage and Heal Foundation at Star Hill Ranch. The Engage and Heal Foundation aims to break the stigma of mental health through advocacy and literacy programming, while providing access to mental health care resources for students and the adults who support them.
